These Terms of Use are binding on all users who access the SinoRyde platform and carry out booking, billing, communication, and operational processes through it. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of the service
The platform provides corporate services such as transfer booking, operational tracking, passenger and invoice management, quotation viewing, document generation, and user communication. Prices, scope, and operational information displayed in the platform are valid only within the configured service framework.
2. Account and access security
Users must keep their credentials confidential, prevent unauthorized access, and remain responsible for actions taken through their accounts. Any suspected unauthorized use or security incident must be reported to the company without delay.
3. Obligation to provide accurate information
Users must ensure that booking, passenger, flight, route, contact, and billing information is accurate, current, and complete. Operational delays, price differences, additional costs, service failures, or no-show consequences caused by incomplete or incorrect information may be charged to or otherwise attributed to the user.
4. Booking, confirmation, and payment
Bookings created through the platform are confirmed subject to system availability and operational feasibility. Once a service is confirmed, the applicable charges must be paid in accordance with the relevant invoice or contractual payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment obligations continue after confirmation of the service.
5. Cancellation, changes, and no-show
Booking cancellation or modification is subject to the applicable reservation rules, operational preparation status, and billing policies. Where a passenger is not ready on time, provides an incorrect location, is unreachable, or the service cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the user, no-show consequences or additional charges may apply. The user accepts responsibility for outcomes arising from failures in communication or coordination on their side.
6. User operational responsibilities
The user is responsible for providing the passenger with the correct time, location, meeting point, contact details, and service conditions. The user also confirms that the reservation is suitable for the requested service type, that any special requirements are communicated in advance, and that no unlawful, locally prohibited, or safety-compromising request will be submitted.
7. Prohibited use
The platform may not be used for unauthorized access, data scraping, disruption of system integrity, spam, misleading reservations, false identities, unlawful content, or any abusive purpose. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in such cases.
8. Intellectual property
The platform interface, software, design, data structures, branding elements, and all related content remain the property of the company or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company limits liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm, or third-party claims. The user remains responsible for their own acts or omissions, including inaccurate data, insufficient coordination, late notices, or payment breaches.
10. Suspension or termination of access
The company may temporarily or permanently restrict access where there is a security risk, abuse, payment breach, legal non-compliance, or any condition affecting operational integrity.
